By using BitKong (bitkong.com), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

2. Eligibility

You must be of legal age to gamble in your jurisdiction. BitKong is not available where prohibited by law.

3. Provably Fair Gameplay

Every game on BitKong is provably fair. You can verify outcomes using the published server seed hash, your client seed, and the nonce. We do not control or alter game results.

4. Bitcoin Transactions

All deposits and withdrawals are processed in Bitcoin. Transactions are irreversible once confirmed on the network. You are responsible for using the correct addresses.

5. Risks

Gambling involves risk of loss. Only play with funds you can afford to lose. BitKong is not financial advice and is not an investment product.

6. Prohibited Use

You may not use BitKong for money laundering, fraud, sanctions evasion, or any unlawful purpose. We reserve the right to restrict access if such use is suspected.

7. Limitation of Liability

BitKong is provided "as is." We are not liable for losses arising from gameplay, network outages, or third-party services.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
