If you want to take a break from playing, go to your profile and select the Self Exclusion option from the menu. A window will pop up describing the first stage of self-exclusion.
Once you click on Cool Off, you won’t be able to bet for 24hrs.
After the first 24hrs pass, you can extend the self-exclusion period if you wish to. You will be able to withdraw money while you are self-excluded for 24hrs, a week, or a month but not if you choose to be excluded permanently.
Please make sure you want to be excluded from the game for the period you select.
If you are permanently self-excluded from the game and forgot to withdraw your funds, contact support@bitkong.com for help.
